Submitted papers should satisfy the following criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right of not reviewing a paper that either does not follow the given specification or has been submitted or published elsewhere.

Initial submission for double-blind review:

ICISET 2024 follows the double-blind review system, which means that the identities of both the reviewers and authors are concealed from each other throughout the review process. To maintain the double-blind policy, at this stage, the authors SHOULD NOT include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, email addresses, acknowledgments, or any other pertinent information in the paper that directly or indirectly disclose the complete or partial identity of any of the authors.

Plagiarism and Multiple Submissions:
ICISET maintains a strict policy regarding plagiarism and multiple submissions.

  • Author(s) should ensure that the submitted paper contains the original contribution of the authors and it is neither published previously nor has been submitted for any publication.
  • The authors also agree that they will not submit this paper simultaneously anywhere during this conference without prior written approval of the ICISET 2024 Technical Program Committee Chair.
  • The similarity index must be less than 30%. Submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism.
  • For all tracks in the scope of IEEE, the IEEE policies for publication, including plagiarism and multiple submissions, is followed. Please check details in the following links:

Publication of Manuscripts:

All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Authors of selected tracks (Non-IEEE Tracks) will have the provision of publishing their manuscripts or their extended version in the IIUC Journal of Science and Engineering.

A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of an accepted paper registers within the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing it in the IEEE Xplore. “IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.”
