Preparing the camera-ready manuscript

• 1 The manuscript must be in the prescribed format.
  • a For IEEE tracks, please download the IEEE paper template in A4 DOC or the LaTeX template file from the following links https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • b For Pharmacy and Environmental Science, please download the paper template in A4 DOC file from the following link https://iciset.iiuc.ac.bd/assets/conference/iciset/IIUC-Engineering-Journal-Template-v2-Excluding-the-Biblography.docx
• 2 The equations, units, figures, tables, and references should be according to the IEEE format.
• 3 The length of the manuscript must not exceed 6 pages of A4-sized paper (210 mm × 297 mm) in PDF format including the name(s) of the author(s), texts, figures, tables, and references.
• 4 The similarity index of your paper should be below 30%. Please note that if IEEE Crosscheck finds more than 30% similarity then the papers submitted in IEEE may not be accepted for presentation and hence cannot be uploaded in IEEE Xplore.
• 5 Revise your manuscript carefully according to the comments of the reviewers and do thorough proofreading of the manuscript to confirm that it will require no revision. A paper will not be accepted for presentation and hence cannot be uploaded in IEEE Xplore if the reviewers’ recommendations are not adequately addressed in the manuscript.
• 6 A rebuttal should be submitted mentioning the changes made to the manuscript in line with the reviewers’ comments.
• 7 The entire manuscript should be checked for any grammatical and language errors, preferably by a native English speaker. Special care should be taken for the appropriateness of the title and abstract.
• 8 Please write down the full name(s) of the authors. Please do NOT put the title of any author in the authors list, i.e., do not write Dr. YYY or Prof. YYY, etc.
• 9 Please do not write the positions/designations of the authors in affiliations; write only the institution name.
• 10 The manuscript should not contain page numbers.
• 11 Before Creating a PDF you must
  • a Add the appropriate copyright clearance code notice to the bottom left corner of the first page of your source document (MS Word or LaTeX) as described below (in most cases, it will be 978-1-6654-8397-1/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE)
    • i For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
    • ii For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8397-1/22/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
    • iii For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8397-1/22/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
    • iv For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8397-1/22/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
  • b Add the following Conference Title maintaining the two-lined format at the header of the left side of the paper according to the template, found in the following link: https://iciset.iiuc.ac.bd/conference/iciset/Conference-template-A4_with_copyright_and_title-1.doc
    • i 2024 3rd Int. Conf. on Innovations in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICISET)
    • ii 26-27 October 2024, Chittagong, Bangladesh

  • d Adding copyright clearance code notice is not required for the papers of Pharmacy and Environmental Science track.
  • e Go to IEEE PDF eXpress website (https://ieee-pdf-express.org) and set up your IEEE PDF express plus account with the Conference ID: 54810X
  • • i First-time users need to create an IEEE PDF eXpress account. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site. Enter 54810X for the conference ID, your email address, and a password. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
    • ii Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
    • iii For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.
    • iv Enter title info
    • v Click “Submit File for Checking or Converting”.
    • vi Click “Choose File” and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. Please wait. An email confirmation will be received for a successful upload.
    • vii Once the conversion is completed, an email will be received with the IEEE Xplore compliant PDF of the paper as an attachment.
    • viii From the final formatted manuscript, authors must generate the electronic FINAL version in PDF format that is compatible with IEEE Xplore. It is strongly recommended that the source file (MS Word or LaTeX) containing the final version of the paper must be transformed in PDF format using the IEEE PDF eXpress plus web tool. PDF files generated by other means will still have to be checked by the IEEE PDF eXpress plus web tool for IEEE Xplore compatibility.
